Most Days
ANNA B. GONZALEZ
March 27, 2020
The sun shines
like every other day.
Yet it is quiet,
quieter than most days.
Inside
children are laughing,
keyboards are clacking,
dogs are barking.
As night falls,
The darkness is revealing.
Inside
children are worried,
parents are scared,
dogs are comforting.
The streets are empty,
emptier than most days.
