Join us on Thursday, February 27 at 7 pm Central for an evening of poetry by Texas Poetry Assignment contributors. This reading is scheduled on the evening before a planned 24-hour economic blackout by The People’s Union USA for Friday, February 28, 2025.

For this February reading of 2025, contributors will be asked to read two poems on the general topics of resistance and justice: one by the contributor published on TPA or elsewhere and one by another poet. Readers may also choose to read two poems by other poets.

This event will also be a fundraiser for Feeding Texas.
